The Service

TikGhost lets you view, download and export public TikTok content for free. You don't need an account, and it only works with public content.

Monitoring is optional and requires a TikGhost account with a verified email address. You must choose and confirm each public account to monitor. Signing up does not start a trial or grant paid access.

TikGhost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

Optional Plus Monitoring and Payments

Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Our Waffo Pancake merchant application is still under review, and real checkout remains closed. The following payment terms apply if paid subscriptions become available.

TikGhost Plus is a single plan at USD 5 per month, with no free trial. It includes up to 20 stored public accounts, including paused accounts, and checks about every 30 minutes.

When payments open, Waffo Pancake will act as merchant of record and process payments. A subscription starts only after you explicitly authorize the price and monthly automatic renewal at checkout and payment is confirmed. It renews each month until renewal is canceled.

You can cancel renewal in Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until then. When access expires, checks and alerts pause; your monitor list is kept for 30 days and then removed unless access is restored or you remove it sooner.

Alerts cover new public posts after monitoring starts or resumes. Posts from paused periods are not sent later. We do not guarantee instant or complete notifications. Private accounts are not supported, and Plus does not provide an archive of videos or images. Pausing a monitor or unsubscribing from its alert emails does not cancel Plus renewal.

For ordinary cancellations, we do not provide a prorated refund for unused time in the current paid period.

You may request a refund for duplicate charges, incorrect charges or a service that was not provided. We verify the facts and assess each case; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Email support@tikghost.ninja with your TikGhost registered email address, order number, charge date and amount, and a description of the problem.

Do not send your full card number, CVV or any password.

Waffo Pancake, as merchant of record, processes refunds under its applicable rules. Refund review and processing remain subject to applicable consumer law and Waffo’s applicable rules. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Acceptable Use

Use TikGhost for personal and lawful purposes, and respect the rights of creators and the people who appear in their posts. You agree not to:

• Use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights
• Use content from the site to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone
• Scrape the site or send it automated or bulk requests
• Try to get around the rate limits, the limit of 30 exports a day or the bot check
• Interfere with the site or the systems it runs on

Content Belongs to Its Owners

Videos, photos, sounds, comments and profiles shown on TikGhost belong to the people who posted them and to other rights holders, such as the owners of the music. Using TikGhost doesn't give you any rights to that content.

You're responsible for how you use what you download or export. Ask for permission before you republish someone else's work or use it commercially, and give credit when you share it.

Removal Requests and Copyright

Account owners can ask us to stop showing their account or a specific post, and rights holders can send copyright notices. Both go to support@tikghost.ninja, and the contact page explains what to include. We may also block content that breaks the law or these terms.

No Warranty

TikGhost is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The site depends on TikTok, which can change or block access at any time, so features may stop working without notice.

We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that the data it shows is complete and up to date.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, TikGhost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, that result from using the site or from being unable to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change, limit or stop any feature at any time, including the limits described above. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using TikGhost after a change, the updated terms apply.
